PLANS for 58 new homes in ‘phase three’ of the Winnington Urban Village development have been approved by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The proposal, which sits to the east of Winnington Lane and fronts onto the River Weaver opposite Wallerscote Island, will be brought to life by Taylor Wimpey.

The development includes the retention of a riverside reservoir, and the construction of a new pump house alongside a bin store and cycle sheds.
It will feature a mix of detached, semi-detached, mews and apartment homes, over two and three storeys. All will feature bird house bricks.
The site already had outline and reserved matters planning permission as part of the urban village development.
