A LADIES pamper evening is being held to support St Luke's in Winsford.

Mums Tracey Wall and Jo Bulbrook have both lost loved ones who received tremendous support and care from the hospice.

Tracey, from Kingsmead in Northwich, said: "We want to highlight the super work St Luke's does. It is absolutely vital in this area. They do a sterling job and need people raising funds for them."

Jo, from Weaverham in Northwich, said: "I've chosen to support St Luke's for personal reasons. A family member sadly required the much-needed service they provide and the support they give the visiting family is just incredible.

"Sadly cancer cases are rising and their service is becoming even more needed so more fundraising is required."

The pamper evening is being held at St John's church hall on School Lane, Hartford from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, March 27.

Both mums, who have teenage daughters, will be demonstrating Tropic products, a brand of innovative ethical beauty products.

Tracey, a mums' confidence and mindset coach said: "We all like to be careful about the foods and drinks we eat for our health but we don't always think as carefully about what we put on our skin.

"Many ladies haven't reviewed their skin routine since their 20s. Come and join us to learn about Tropic's award-winning vegan friendly and natural skin care range. It is kind the environment as well as your skin."

Jo decided to become self-employed after losing her mum the same month her son needed surgery and post operative care.

Jo said: "I found after being out of the work place I couldn't see myself going back. A friend introduced me to Tropic products. I decided to give being a Tropic ambassador a go."

Running her own business was totally out of her comfort zone but she has loved it from the start.

Tickets for the pamper evening, priced £5, are available from St Luke's Hospice shop in Hartford on 01606 555810, Tracey on 07718 587445 or Jo on 01606 555810.
