Firefighters tackle chimney fire at Northwich house
FIREFIGHTERS were sent to a chimney fire in Cromwell Road, Northwich, yesterday evening.
One fire engine from Winsford was sent to the address at 6.34pm.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire Service said: "Fire crews were called to a chimney fire on Cromwell Road, Northwich.
"Crews used chimney rods to put out the embers in the chimney."
