A NEW bar is combining the old with the new in the heart of historic Northwich.

Named after its prominent town centre location, The Bullring NW is up and running with a wide-ranging offer of fine wines, craft beers and artisan spirits.

A sister bar to the successful Salthouse NW at Hayhurst Quay, The Bullring has hit the ground running following a soft opening on Friday, March 1 in the former home of Britannia Building Society at the base of High Street.

From Mobberley Brewhouse just down the road to London Fields Brewery in the capital, a number of craft beer options are on offer with gins, rums and cocktails from Cheshire and beyond making up the menu.

With its civilised opening hours and rustic fit-out – complete with vintage outdoor signage to complement the listed black and white timber building – soft drinks and speciality coffees are also on offer throughout the day.

A ‘bottle bar’ aspect means customers are able to buy their favourite beers and specialist gins, vodkas and rums to take home, as well as gift items and Salthouse NW coffee.

The Bullring is open Monday to Thursday from noon to 8pm, and noon to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
