THE founder and managing director of Oakmere Wealth Management in Cuddington, has been named the 2018 Chartered Financial Planner of the Year.
Carla Brown was given the award by St. James’s Place at their Chartered Symposium in London.
Carla was one of the five finalists to be shortlisted for the award.
Carla said: “I am absolutely delighted to win this award, particularly given the high calibre of the other finalists and the increasingly high standards that this industry requires.”
Carla has over 23 years in the financial services industry, achieving the status of Chartered Financial Planner in 2012.
She is member of the Society for Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) and has recently graduated with an MSc in Wealth Management from Loughborough University.
In 2011 she founded Oakmere Wealth Management, a company committed to providing highly personalised wealth management advice to private clients, business owners and trustees.
