A FUN-FILLED family panto is coming to Winsford.

Sinbad is being performed by Over Players at the United Reform Church on Swanlow Lane for four nights from Wednesday, 3January 30.

Director Jan Bason said: “We are a group of amateurs who have enjoyed performing for many years. In that time we have raised thousands of pounds and hopefully a few laughs along the way! This year we are hoping to raise much-needed funds for a charity close to us, The Christie.”

Doors open for the play, written and by Lynn Hughes and directed by Jan Bason, at 7pm each night for a 7.30pm start.

The cast includes Oliver Bancroft, head of music at E-Act Academy, John Farrell of Oakwood Mobility and Fiona Hughes, branch manager of the Willows Veterinary Group.

The show runs until Saturday, February 6.

All tickets for the opening night are £5.

Refreshments will be available along with a fundraising raffle. All proceeds will go to The Christie Hospital Charity.

Tickets priced £7 for adults and £5 for children are available from Rob Bebbington on 01606 557631.
