A YOUNG couple have switched the city life of London to set up a new home in Winsford.

Justine Edwards, 29, and Chloe Richards, 25, were tired of renting and wanted to get on the property ladder to start a family and a new life together.

They used the Help to Buy scheme to escape the capital and make their first move.

Chloe, an operations planner, and Justine, a photographer, were living with Chloe’s parents before they decided to make the big 200-mile move to Winsford.

The couple were looking for a home where they could start a family which would also suit their puppy, Bear.

They bought a terrace house at the Barratt Homes Weaver View development.

Justine and Chloe said: “We wanted a home that was near to open green spaces and we love the fact that Weaver View is right next to River Weaver and the canals.

“We can have great days out in Delemere Forest, Tatton Park and Bestow Castle. There are great transport links to Crewe, Liverpool and nearby cities in case we ever want to venture further afield.

“The Help to Buy scheme made the dream of owning our own home a reality a lot sooner than we thought was possible. Our favourite thing about coming home is knowing that we own this beautiful house!”

Lynton Dudgeon, sales director at Barratt Homes North West, said, “We’re really pleased that Justine and Chloe love their new home after making such a big move to start a family of their own.

"Our properties suit a whole plethora of buyers with different kinds of needs."
