ARLEY Hall has opened its doors to share some Christmas cheer with visitors.
From December 1 to 6, members of the public are invited to meander around the hall – home to Lord Ashbrook and his family for more than 500 years – and see it decked out with hundreds of fresh flowers and decorations.
Arley challenged professional florists and floristry students to create dazzling displays in a traditional style.
Schoolchildren from Antrobus, Comberbach, Rudheath and the Russett School are among those invited to decorate a dozen Christmas trees for the historic Cruck Barn, and the Grade II-listed chapel will also get a festive flourish.
Two ‘Candlelight and Carols’ nights take place tonight, December 3, and on Wednesday, December 5.
