CHILDREN have created a colourful display to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.
Pupils at Over Hall Community School on Ludlow Close in Winsford wrote poems, painted pictures and took photographs to mark the historic milestone.
Anna Hopley, who looks after family support and safeguarding at the school, said: "The staff and children are really proud of what has been achieved.
"The eye catching display comprises of the children’s own work. Some was achieved in class using prose, art work and photographs alongside discussion.
"Other items display the creativity of our children and parents at home. It certainly inspires pride in our team alongside those who have fought for us."
