The plans submitted show what the houses would look like
PLANS to demolish a Northwich car showroom to build 10 new homes have been approved.
MC Garages, on Manchester Road, will make way for the new properties which include four terraced, two-storey homes facing onto Manchester Road.
Behind these homes will be a communal parking area, accessed from Austin Street and backed onto by six further terraced homes slanted at a 45-degree angle.
The initial proposal included siting a building for car storage, but concerns were raised about potential noise and disturbance.
The storage building has since been removed from the scheme, allowing for more car parking spaces and improved gardens for the properties.
