THE Christmas lights are being switched on in Lostock Gralam on Friday, November 23, by Tatton MP Esther McVey.
Pupils from Lostock CE Primary School choir will sing a selection of festive songs from 5pm to 5.15pm.
The tree lights will be then be turned on at the traffic lights on Hall Lane.
Complimentary mulled wine, mince pies and hot dogs will be served afterwards at the church hall, where there will also be gingerbread decorating and a raffle.
The festive event is being organised by Lostock Gralam Parish Council.
