ROYAL Wedding celebrations continue at a primary school in Winsford.
Pupils at Oak View Primary Academy, in Whitby's Lane, have extended the celebration of Prince Harry and Megan Markle’s marriage as part of a themed week to learn more about the iconic British family.
Ms Fiona Whittaker, the school principal, said: “The children have been having fun learning about marriage, weddings and the roles and importance of the Royal family to the UK.”
On Thursday, May 24, Tracey Hollinshead, from Northwich-based shop Cherish Bridal in Middlewich Road, went along to the school to show the children some real wedding dresses.
The children had fun by dressing up as princes, princesses and wedding guests to have a special celebratory lunch, followed by eating some wedding cake made by the Oak Class.
