AFTER revealing this morning The Charlatans will be playing four homecomings gigs at Memorial Court, we have been overwhelmed by readers' responses.

The Northwich band has exclusively announced through the Northwich Guardian that they will play four nights at Memorial Court.

The dates will be Monday, May 14, Wednesday, May 16, Thursday, May 17, and Friday, May 18.

You can read our exclusive interview with them here.

Tickets go on sale on Saturday, March 3 at 10am.

But you'll have to download the Dice app to be able to get your hands on a pair.

The band has teamed up with the anti-ticket tout and ticket bot app to ensure fans don't get ripped off.

How does it work?

Dice is a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Tickets will be securely stored to your phone to stop touts and help protect fans and artists from paying over the odds.

Tickets bought on Dice are locked to your account. All you have to do is show your phone at the door.

A spokesman added: "No more rip offs. No more hassle. No more missing out."

What if I buy a ticket but then can't make the gig? Can I get a refund?

Yes the site will refund you.

A spokesman added: "Everyone wins — fans get the tickets at fair prices, venues are packed and artists don’t have to worry about people flogging their tickets for insane prices."

And it’s not over when a show sells out. There's also a Waiting List feature for anyone who originally misses out on tickets.

Don't forget about the pre-sale...

There will be a limited ticket pre-sale for the band's mailing list subscribers.

Tickets for one night are £30 each (no fees added).

Tickets for Thursday and Friday are £58 each

And tickets for all four nights are £116 each.
