FOUR men have been arrested following an altercation in Northwich.
Shortly after 6pm on Wednesday, September 20, officers were called to reports of a disturbance outside St Helen’s Church in Church Road.
Officers attended the scene and found that there had been an altercation between two groups of men.
There were no reports of any injuries.
After conducting a thorough search of the area officers stopped a Blue Audi and arrested four men aged 21, 28, 23 and 26, all from the Liverpool area, on suspicion of affray.
All of the men remain in in police custody at the current time where they are assisting officers with their enquiries.
