Middlewich town crier Devlin Hobson.
MIDDLEWICH’s town crier will represent the town internationally next month.
On September 6 Devlin Hobson will fly to Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia to take part in the World International Town Crier Tournament from September 11 to 16.
Devlin was awarded best ambassador at the British Championships on August 5.
He said: “I didn’t in the final standings but I did pick up best ambassador which has spread the word about our town.
“I am proud of Middlewich and proud to be able to tell the country of it.”
