POLICE were called to a school to track down a cereal offender.
Children at Leftwich Primary School were visited by two local officers on Tuersday.
Earlier in the week, pupils had contacted the police to ask them to come and help investigate the theft of their teacher’s porridge.
“After gathering evidence and checking for fingerprints all the clues led us to believe the culprit was Goldilocks,” said the school.
“The police have taken our findings back to the station to investigate further.
“The officers taught the children how to protect evidence by using forensic suits and how fingerprints can help catch a criminal.”
