Plans to build 44 homes in Grange Lane are back on the table
PLANS to build 44 homes in Grange Lane, Winsford, are now back on the table.
An outline planning application was submitted to the council in March last year, to build 30 flats and 14 semi-detached dwellings.
The application was withdrawn but has now been re-submitted with a slight change that the 14 semi-detached houses will now be ‘mews properties’.
Residents can submit their views on the application up until Tuesday, March 28.
