The five-screen cinema will feature one of the first iSense screens in the UK and will open on December 15, in time for the eagerly-awaited release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The latest birds-eye view footage taken in the Northwich skyline shows the £80 million development, which is situated along the River Weaver, from a variety of angles.

Asda will be the first retailer to open as part of Phase one of the development.

The Asda superstore will open its doors at 10am on Wednesday, November 28. A number of positions are still available.

Starbucks will open a new store at Barons Quay in spring 2017, with restaurant chains Wildwood and Prezzo expected to be announced.

The 225,000 sq ft development, which is adjacent to the town centre and overlooks the River Weaver, will also feature 900 free car parking spaces.

In August the top level or ‘level 2’ of the Barons Quay car park, which contains 400 free short-stay car parking spaces, opened to the public.

Level 1 of the Barons Quay car park is expected to open at the end of November.

Barons Quay drone videos, which are co-ordinated by Manchester-based Cue Marketing, are released every month.
