GOT your tickets for Tom Jones, Wet Wet Wet or The Halle at this summer's Tatton Park Concerts By The Lake?

Then you're probably looking for a few handy hints ahead of the gigs tonight, Thursday, tomorrow and on Saturday.

Is there parking on site?

Car parking is free after 3pm. 

There is also a limited number of premium parking spaces available for £20.

Before 3pm the normal park entry fee of £6 will be charged.

Organisers say the concert arena is 15 to 20 minutes walk from the car park so allow plenty of time on your arrival.

Use the Rostherne gate for the main car park, taxis and coaches.

For VIP, premium and disabled parking please use the Knutsford gate.

How do I get there?

Tatton Park is signposted from Junction 7 of the M56 and Junction 19 of the M6.

The entrance to the park is half a mile from Knutsford Railway Station.

It is recommended that post code WA16 6SG is used for Sat Nav systems.

And don't forget junction 7 eastbound towards Manchester is currently closed.

The diversion is via Lymm or via junction 6 Hale and then back towards junction 7 westbound.

What time does it start?

The gates open at 5pm for all concerts.

The Thursday and Friday shows will start around 6.30pm and end around 10.30pm with entertainment on the Saturday starting from 7pm.

Can I bring furniture?

Organisers say you can bring items of picnic furniture with you now on all three days of Concerts By The Lake but gazebos are not allowed. 

Can I buy food there?

Organisers say there will be concessions selling a variety of different types of food on all three concert evenings.

Are picnics allowed?

Yes! So make sure you stock up on sausage rolls, sandwiches and fizz. 

The standing area for the concerts will be directly in front of the stage.

Picnics will be allowed in other areas outside of this zone.

Are there any tickets left?

Under 5s can enter for free. An adult must accompany under 18s.

Am I going to need my brolly?

Possibly. Forecasters are predicting a 50% chance of rain over Knutsford this evening, Thursday, with highs of 19 degrees.

Concert-goers will have a better chance of sunshine tomorrow evening with highs of 18 degrees. 

On Saturday night, forecasters say the outlook is: "Sunny spells and scattered showers likely throughout.

"It will feel increasingly fresh with some cool nights expected."
