New homes to be built off Swanlow Lane, Winsford
UP TO five new homes could be built on land behind existing houses in Swanlow Lane in Winsford.
Full planning permission for two houses to be built on land behind number 35 was given approval by Cheshire West and Chester Council’s planning officers on Wednesday, June 1.
ID Plus Properties is now free to start work on building the two houses.
The latest planning permission means there could be up to five houses built on that land off Swanlow Lane, with outline planning permission from a separate applicant being granted in 2014.
The outline permission for the three houses has not been perused further in the planning process as yet but the permission is still valid.
