FIRE crews were at the scene of a building fire in Winsford for almost two hours.
Fire engines from Winsford and Northwich attended the fire in Weaver Street at 3.36pm yesterday.
The fire involved the ground floor of the property. Firefighters, two wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to tackle the fire.
A high pressure fan was then used to clear smoke. An investigation into the cause of the fire is to be carried out.
