HAVE you ever wanted to ask questions of the men in charge of policing in Cheshire?

A question and answer session with the Chief Constable Peter Fahy and the Chairman of the Police Authority Peter Nurse takes place next month and you have the chance to contribute.

And this year you will be can see and hear your question being asked during a filmed interview which will be broadcast on Cheshire Constabulary's website and YouTube in May.

A Policing Plan booklet has been delivered to every home in Cheshire over the past four weeks.

Peter Nurse said, "The authority is aware that as well as informing you about the year ahead, such a publication might also raise questions, that's where the Q&A sessions come in.

"It is by hearing the views of the people of Cheshire about the police service they receive that helps the authority to make improvements to the organisation."

The deadline for questions advertised in the Policing Plan has been extended to Monday, April 30.
