SCHOOL children said it with flowers to thank Helen Frame for everything she does.
Helen, from Marston, is the secretary at Winnington Park Community Primary School and Nursery.
She has been in the role for 25 years, and was presented with gifts to mark the milestone.
She received a bouquet, a photograph of all the children at the school and a personalised cake made by a teaching assistant.
The gifts were presented by staff, children and governors.
“Twenty five years have flown by, and it is lovely to work with such wonderful, thoughtful people, but it’s the children who make my job so special,” said Helen.
“I now see past pupils bringing their own children back to Winnington Park to follow in their footsteps, and I am very proud of all the pupils and the small part I have played in their lives.
“Being a nanna myself I know how important the early years are. I see shy youngsters blossom into confident young people going off to high school.
“It is so nice when I see them out of school and they run over for a chat – I am a lucky lady!”
