Pipe burst leads to underpass closure in Winsford
A PIPE burst in Winsford flooded the underpass beneath Oakmere Road on Monday, September 1.
Police maintained a presence at the site to prevent people crossing the busy A54 dual carriageway above while engineers worked to fix the problem.
