OFFENDERS chased a car in Northwich after attempting to steal a bag from the passenger seat while the vehicle waited in traffic.
The female victim was waiting outside the Deaf Centre on London Road when a man attempted to open the passenger side door of her vehicle.
The incident occurred at 3pm on November 5.
The woman screamed and drove off, but the offenders gave chase before giving up.
The first man is described as being around 18-years-old, wearing a grey hooded top with the hood pulled down to obscure his face, and possibly having a black eye.
The second man was wearing a green coat with the hood pulled up.
