SMITH Derek On Sunday 21st January 2024 Peacefully in Hospital and of St Anns Road, Middlewich. Derek aged 90 years. Dearly loved Husband of The late Irene Smith and a much loved Dad and Grandad. Funeral Service and Committal at Vale Royal Crematorium, Northwich on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 11am. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to Ward 14 Leighton Hospital.
