Melanie Sykes has reportedly won her fight to get a common assault caution against her withdrawn.
The TV star, 44, was cautioned last year after a domestic dispute with her then husband Jack Cockings, who she has now split from.
Mail Online reported that the mother-of-two went to court because she had been accused of striking Jack and didn't want to be associated with domestic violence.
Her lawyers said it had been "a testing time" for the star.
"She believed strongly that it was necessary and appropriate to take legal action - not least for the sake of her children."
The caution will now be withdrawn from police records.
The incident took place in November 2013, just a few months after Melanie and Jack got married. They split for good in December 2013.
