Butters John Bee Estate Agents is to hold a series of first-time buyer fairs at selected branches throughout its network this Saturday, March 8.

The fairs will enable first-time buyers to speak with professionals within the industry who will answer any questions they have, as well as explain the house buying process and associated fees involved.

The event is designed to answer questions that many first-time buyers have about the process and is perfectly timed to coincide with the upturn in the market and the traditional higher activity seen at the beginning of a year, when first-time buyers start thinking about how to search for their perfect first home.

The fairs will be held from 9am to 4pm at numerous offices, including the Northwich, Crewe and Congleton offices.

First-time buyers can use the fairs as a fact-finding mission, and the agents have also organised for mortgage arrangers to be on hand at the offices.

Craig Meredith (pictured), who manages a Butters John Bee office, said: “As a first-time buyer, we believe there really isn’t a better time to buy than now, as the availability of mortgage products appears to be getting easier, and the Help to Buy scheme is an excellent initiative to assist first-time buyers in achieving their goal.

“We have an extensive range of properties available for first-time buyers throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.

“If you call in to see us, we’ll take some brief details from you which will enable us to find what type of home you would like to buy, and we will then let you know when a suitable property comes on to the market.

“This service is completely free of charge, and in a lot of instances we will advise you about a property that is coming on to the market before it gets advertised in the paper or appears on any of the property websites.”

So, if your thinking of buying your first home now or in the future, come along to one of the Butters John Bee offices this Saturday and talk to one of the experienced team members, who will do everything possible to help you on to the property market ladder. On the day they will be offering a free mortgage consultation, £200 money off vouchers and revealing recently reduced first-time buyer homes.
