The application may be inspected (office hours by appointment) at Licensing Unit, Cheshire West & Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE, where written representations must be received on or before 28 November 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
