CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (HIGHER WINCHAM) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
Higher Wincham
Earles Lane - from its junction with Church Street for a distance of 26 metres in a westerly direction.
Linnards Lane - from its junction with Church Street to the existing 40mph boundary
Church Street - from its junction with Linnards Lane to a point 10 metres south west of Pheasant Drive
Pickmere Lane - from its junction with Linnards Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction
Pheasant Drive - from its junction with Church Street for its full extents Kingfisher Grove - from its junction with Pheasant Drive for its full extents Partridge Way - from its junction with Pheasant Drive for its full extents Shores Green Drive - from its junction with Linnards Lane for its full extents
Hewitt Grove - from its junction with Shores Green Drive for its full extents Meadow Gate - from its junction with Shores Green Drive for its full extents Pear Tree Drive - from its junction with Pickmere Lane for its full extents The Woodlands - from its junction with Pear Tree Drive for its full extents Beechwood Drive - from its junction with Pear Tree Drive for its full extents Ashgate Lane - from its junction with Beechwood Drive for its full extents The Willows - from its junction with Ashgate Lane for its full extents Keats Lane - from its junction with Linnards Lane for its full extents Shelley Avenue - from its junction with Keats Lane for its full Extents John Fryer Avenue - from its junction with Shelley Avenue to its junction with Linnards Lane
Birch Grove - from its junction with John Fryer Avenue for its full extents Milton Close - from its junction with Keats Lane for its full Extents Green Lane - from its junction with Linnards Lane for a distance of 179 metres in a southerly then south easterly direction
Full details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal may be examined during the usual office hours at the following locations:-

? The One Stop Shop, Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 1 AH;
? Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council's Information Centre at 1 The Arcade, Northwich CW9 5AS.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned quoting ref TRO 2132 by Friday 28th September 2018.
