NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (Cuddington South) (20 MPH speed limit) ORDER 2018 Notice is hereby given that, on the 25th January 2018 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which came into force on 26th January 2018. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 20mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.
