NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (KING STREET, GRIFFITHS ROAD AND COTTAGE CLOSE, RUDHEATH/LOSTOCK GRALAM) (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017 Notice is hereby given that, on the 9th May 2017 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 12th May 2017. The effectofthe proposed order will be to prohibitany vehicle from exceeding the speed limit on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE 1 - (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) Cottage Close - From its junction with Griffiths Road for its full extents

SCHEDULE 2 - (30MPH SPEED LIMIT) Griffiths Road - From its junction with Manchester Road (A559) for a distance of 155 metres in a southerly direction.

King Street/Griffiths Road - From a point 25 metres north ofthe centreline ofits junction with Middlewich Road (B5082) to its junction with Chester Road (A556)

SCHEDULE 3 - (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) Griffiths Road - From a point 25 metres north of the centreline of its junction with Middlewich Road (B5082) to a point155 metressouth ofitsjunction with Manchester Road (A559)

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
