NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Harbutts View, Middlewich

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, works to canal footbridge. Prohibition of traffic - Harbutts View. Middlewich - From outside number 5 to outside number 8 The closures will be in place 24 hours a day This order will come into operation on Wednesday 10 June 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 12 June 2020.
