NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (Little Budworth) (20 MPH speed limit) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that, on the 9th April 2020 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 17lh April 2020 .
The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 20mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

Mill Lane - from its junction with Vicarage Lane to a point 50 metres north of its junction with Well Lane Vicarage Lane - from its junction with Mill Lane to a point 8 metres west of its junction with Booth Avenue Booth Ave - from its junction with Vicarage Lane for its full extents Townsfield Drive - from its junction with Booth Avenue to its junction with St Peter's Drive
St Peter's Drive - from its junction with Townsfield drive to its junction with Well Lane
Well Lane - from its junction with Mill Lane for its full extents Yew Tree Close - from its junction with St Peter's Drive for its full extents
If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
