DAVE HOOD The family of the late Dave Hood wish to say a sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, messages, cards, floral tributes and donations for The Christie Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Support received in his memory. Special thanks to Dr Norman and all staff at Firdale Medical Centre, Macmillan nurses and medical staff at The Christie, Leighton and Wythenshawe hospitals and to Reverend Paul Pritchard for his comforting ministrations.
