COLIN PHILLIPS On 4th July 2019 peacefully at home in Little Leigh. The beloved husband of Jan and a sadly missed colleague and friend. Funeral service and committal at Vale Royal Crematorium on Tuesday 16th July at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Macmillan Nurses and St Luke's Hospice.
