JANET DIANE YEARSLEY On 25th September 2018 peacefully in hospital after a short illness, of Northwich. Janet, aged 56 years, sadly missed mum of Luke, daughter of Derek & Joan and sister of Carol. Funeral service and committal at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday 10th October at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Alzheimer's Society.
