Don't tar all Northwich taxi drivers with the same brush

JUST a short note with regard to high taxi prices over Christmas.

I run Bobby’s Cars and I don’t work over Christmas because of the taxi prices.

I believe some companies do charge high fares, but I also do know some who don’t, one of them is Elite Cars.

I had many calls for work during the festive season and always explain I don’t work, however I do inform clients what they could expect to pay.

My regular clients understand the reasons why I don’t work over Christmas and are only too pleased with my honesty.

Not all taxi companies are out to rip off clients.

Any complaints should be brought the attention of the Taxi Licensing Authority, quoting the company name, taxi plate number and the driver’s name.
