Winsford car park fines are a disgrace

I AM writing to let people know how disgraceful it is that Winsford residents have to put up with parking fines in the multi-storey car park.

If you are half an hour over your time you are charged £70.

Who is raking this money in, and why don’t we have parking meters like elsewhere?

I am a pensioner, and I hope the people who are raking in the cash think again about who is gaining all of this money.

I believe we don’t have a say in anything anymore.

I'ts not only residents who will get a fine for overstaying the permited time,it applies to all of us.The answer is DON'T stay too long.After all there is not a lot to see in Winsford that would take you over the limit.

Just say you are unsure who was driving at the time. Thats if it is private parking company.

I would like to inform every resident of winsford that Total Parking Solutions cannot enforce the fines they dole out at the multi storey in winsford. If you receive a fine (and all the harrassing follow-up letters they send out) just *ignore* them and they go away! Do not pay the fine!

I agree with no fines for parking
in the multi storey.these people who are brave enough to shop in winsford ,they should be paid to do so. lets face it our town is slowly dying, and these people are keeping it going, they could shop away from winsford. We now have three more shops going soon and the new shopping center is a long way off. Its time our council took the matter over and forced the town center owners to get a move on before all the shops leave, through lack of trade.
