Praise for hospital staff

A MEMBER of our family was recently admitted by ambulance to the accident and emergency unit at Leighton Hospital.

His journey took him to the emergency assessment unit, ward four and then intensive care.

Despite everything possible being done for him, the battle to save him was lost.

While he was a patient, he received skilled, dignified and respectful treatment from staff at all times.

The family was also given care and support through this sad and distressful time.

We cannot praise them enough for what they did, and will always be grateful.
