IS NORTHWICH the forgotten outpost of Cheshire West and Chester Council?
Three months ago, the litterbin by the Castle Court bus stop was vandalised – burned.
Early on, I reported it three times to make sure the message got through. Others also reported it but sadly it has not been replaced. If it was deemed necessary to have one in the first place, surely it is essential to have a replacement.
A month ago our green box for glass and cans went missing when the bin men came to the street. I wasn’t the only ratepayer in the street to lose the box. The loss was reported immediately, and again sadly, the box has not been replaced. Instead I have to use the much maligned plastic bag?
Do I have to wait till the next fiscal year?
