Shame on you who voted BNP

I AM sick and tired of reading letters in the Guardian supporting the BNP.

The mentality of these people showing support and sympathy for such an organisation is deeply worrying.

They have clearly been brainwashed. I have just heard the outcome of the European elections, and the BNP has gained seats in the North West, Yorkshire and Humber.

I am embarrassed for the people who voted for the BNP and embarrassed to be living in the same region.

Shame on you.

JR Crook. You do not have to be embarrassed for BNP voters at all (I did not vote in the recent elections). They have exercised their democratic right to vote for a legal party. However, maybe you should consider being embarrassed about the current Liebour government which took us into an illegal war with Iraq, employs social engineering projects to dismember our once great country, taxes hard work and rewards laziness and above all, promised us a vote on the EU treaty then signed up without our consent! We should ALL be ashamed of our lying Liebour government!!
