Decent shops
I THINK people would be more willing to pay a small charge if there were any decent shops.
There is free parking at nearby shopping outlets (Broughton/ Cheshire Oaks) and they have a lot more to offer than Northwich.
Small shops in Northwich struggle already so will be even harder for them because of the lack of trade if people go elsewhere.
