As useless as a stamp
WHY exactly is Cheshire West and Chester Council squandering money on patching up holes in the roads when the patch is as useless as a postage stamp? Within a couple of days the hole is back and usually bigger than before.
What is our road tax being used for? They have squandered millions in Northwich on this shopping mall that’s mostly empty, put up our rates and are going to make us pay parking charges, now that’s a really good way to stop shoppers coming.
Aldi and Matalan already hit us with £70 charge if you stay over 1.5 hours.
