WE all remember the pasty tax shambles in 2012.
The headlines generated made it infamous across the world before George Osborne wisely decided to scrap the tax.
We now have a similar situation with the sugar tax. Phillip Hammond, the new Chancellor, will be looking to establish himself and make his mark in the next few months.
Scrapping the sugar tax would be a perfect way to do this.
