I’M HOPING that you would publish an enormous thank you, to the staff at Quality Save, Northwich.
My parents, both 90, had just entered the store when my father became unwell and collapsed.
As he fell to the ground he went sideways, knocking my mum to the floor underneath him.
Very quickly, three QS staff came to their assistance.
They cared for them and comforted them, calling an ambulance staying by their side, until they were taken to Leighton Hospital for assessment and treatment.
Then someone from the store, went to where my father had parked his car, placing a note on the windscreen explaining the situation.
My father had told them that he had received a parking ticket three weeks ago, due to a mistake on his disabled parking permit time indicator, which had worried him terribly since.
Please pass on my thanks in your newspaper.
My family are all extremely grateful and impressed with the QS Staff. Thank you.
