WITH regard to dog fouling, we have had a major problem for quite a while.
The irresponsible dog owners of Leftwich and beyond walk their dogs near to both schools at Leftwich.
There is a very nice grassy area that runs along the side of the primary school where the children walk and where, when in season, pupils from the high school run cross country.
We have put up council notices and made our own notices, sprayed the offending mess with bright coloured bio paint so kids or others can avoid it but still it happens.
And most of the dog walkers don’t even live at this end of the estate.
Do they take their dogs out for a “play or fresh air”, no they take their dogs out to do what they don’t want them to do in the house, so why allow them to do it on someone else’s doorstep?
