We're living in a dying town
NORTHWICH is being ruined by the parking restrictions in place.
Rather than build new, the council should concentrate on re-generating what is already here, as Northwich is a dying town.
And to add to everyone’s parking woes gypsies have arrived yet again.
The police will just sit and watch them park overnight and block a main carpark.
