MAY I draw to your attention to two areas of the decline of Moss Farm playing fields and use the Guardian to bring it/them to the attention of the relevant person of responsibility?
Visiting on a Sunday morning to watch a mid-Cheshire Sunday football game, a lady supporter had urgent need of toilet facilities.
The dressing rooms were locked and the main number rung out continuously, plus there was no alternative number displayed there or at main reception. While the incident itself was urgent, I am concerned at a real crisis occurring.
Also, as a thought, if in inclement weather games are cancelled, who informs the clubs to save many people travelling?
Large numbers attend on Sundays at great cost – it requires a full-time receptionist, who is immediately available on the main line number.
A Kalid (Dr) Delamere
