I NOTICED before the school holidays as I was walking through the park in Queen Street that signs at last had been put on both entrances for No Dogs, No Litter, No Smoking and No Drinking.
It seems a pity that some people cannot read. Some dog walkers especially still think it is okay to let their dogs run around off their leads especially on what used to be the bowling green.
Most mornings the council workers are clearing the area of litter and broken glass. Just a few seem to want to continue spoiling the park for the others that do take care.
Is it worth the park being done up as the one on Stallard Way?
